Amy Dzialowski is a Project Director and a National Brownfields Practice Leader for SCS Engineers. Amy specializes in environmental planning, with specific emphasis on brownfields redevelopment and environmental compliance.

Ms. Dzialowski has 19 years of Brownfields redevelopment, environmental planning, environmental site assessment, environmental compliance, and natural resource studies experience. As an urban planner with environmental and land use planning expertise, she understands the many challenges of environmental compliance and urban redevelopment projects. She works closely with public and private clients to provide advisory services, environmental strategies, public engagement, and risk protection. She has completed due diligence on hundreds of properties to facilitate real estate transactions and redevelopment. She has comprehensive experience working within numerous federal and state regulatory programs including NEPA, RCRA, CERCLA, and state voluntary cleanup programs and Brownfields initiatives.

Ms. Dzialowski is a nationally recognized expert in Brownfields redevelopment and site reuse. This involves more than just a passing knowledge of redevelopment principles, environmental assessment tools, and real estate development. Amy has worked with dozens of grant funded programs across the country. She has successfully secured more than $8 million in grant funds for Brownfields programs and brings an understanding of best practices, program strategy, and partnership development.
