Incineration Webinar Series

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The 1970’s saw the emergence of the incineration systems that started the Waste-to-Energy movement. Remarkable, these systems still dominate the world marketplace today.

What is a municipal incinerator and how does work? What new conversion technologies are emerging and what are their implications? And what do these all mean for air quality?

Join industry expert Walter Niessen for a comprehensive, live and on-demand 3-session master class series exploring the ins and outs of current and emerging incineration technologies, applications, and air quality issues, as well as their challenges and opportunities.

This Master Class Series includes a series of three 1-1.5 hour live and on-demand online presentations and Q&A sessions (3 PDH / 0.3 CEU total) focusing on the following advanced topics.

  • On-Demand: Thermal Processing of Municipal Solid Waste
  • On-Demand: Conversion Technologies for Municipal Solid Waste
  • On-Demand: Air Pollution Control for Incineration Systems

All sessions are presented in a live and on-demand format so you may attend at your leisure, and are accompanied by a quiz to test your skills. Learning on your own at home, online, or with a group, Forester University’s Master Class Series is designed as an interactive experience with the leading experts in the field.

* Presentations are scheduled for approximately one hour with a 15-20 minute question and answer session to follow. Presentation may exceed scheduled time.
