Eric Dubin

Eric Dubin oversees the national strategic accounts project teams and account managers, including a team of utility program managers. Dubin’s responsibilities include: development and deployment of sales strategy, as well as deploying a comprehensive strategy to work with the nations electric utilities to create beneficial incentive programs. Dubin previously served as director of government and regulatory affairs at Climate Energy ECR International, as well as worked in multiple positions for large gas/electric utility National Grid in the Northeastern US.

Dubin earned a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a master of business administration from Boston University. Dubin currently serves on the Cold Climate Air-Source Heat Pump (ASHP) Advisory Council of the Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnership (NEEP), Lexington, Massachusetts.
